On paid plans AdVersAI never charges for WhatsApp messages; on Free, each WhatsApp campaign message uses 1 credit.
Meta charges your own WhatsApp Business account directly, per delivered message, at Meta's rates for the customer's country. AdVersAI does not collect or mark up these charges. Template messages (marketing, utility and authentication) are charged per delivered message, with exceptions Meta lists on its pricing page.
Since 1 October 2026 Meta also charges for service messages, the replies you send inside the 24-hour customer service window that opens when a customer messages you. Meta's pricing page says each business phone number gets its first 1,000 delivered service messages a month free and that Meta charges from the 1,001st; unused free messages do not carry over.
Meta sets these rates and rules and can change them; its page is the authority: Meta's WhatsApp pricing. Add a payment method in Meta Billing Hub, or messages Meta charges for can't be delivered.
The assistant runs on credits. Paid plans include a monthly amount; on Free, every message you send uses your free credits. A credit is not one reply or one conversation: usage varies, and Billing & Usage in the app shows what you actually spend. Buying credits opens at launch.
Paid plans include a monthly number of managed emails and charge a small rate per email beyond it; both are in the table above. Free sends email from your own Gmail.
